African leaders express frustration over lack of climate action at COP27

As global leaders gather at the luxury resort town of Sharm El-Sheikh, just off the African continent, millions of people across the Horn of Africa are facing the worst drought in decades.

African leaders addressing the meeting have been clear that it is climate change, caused by the actions of developed economies, that is causing their countries such misery.

They want action, reparations, and support to turn things around.
